Our Supported Employment Program is designed to match the right employee to his / her ideal job. Once this match is made, MORE provides a job coach to accompany the employee to the job site each day to provide training to enable him / her to perform the job tasks to the best of their ability. As training is accomplished, the job coach will begin to fade out, spending less and less time on the job site.

An employer hiring one to four qualified workers is eligible for special government tax benefits. All hiring and training costs are eliminated by the presence of the job coach, who is paid by MORE. It's a win/win situation for everyone involved!
